Celeste Lai’s stories connect large meaningful distant concepts with seemingly tiny little bridges. On the surface, her images and writings are child-like and sincere, but underneath is a deep world of inner-contemplation from the mind of a woman who has dedicated her life to pondering. Her works span from animated short films to illustrated children's books, playwriting, and currently a young-adult graphic novel and hand poke tattoos.
